1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ClipBot (clipbot.uk), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must be at least 13 years old to use ClipBot. One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one free account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws
• Upload or process content you do not have the rights to use
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, usage quotas, or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
• Use the service to generate spam, misleading, or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

4. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed through Whop. By subscribing, you agree to Whop's terms of service in addition to these terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Whop. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at contact@clipbot.uk. Early bird pricing is locked in for the duration of an active, uninterrupted subscription.

5. Intellectual Property

ClipBot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ClipBot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the service. By using ClipBot, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

ClipBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall ClipBot, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or cancelling through Whop.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
